Self-Reflection Questions for Your Week
Use five concrete prompts to reflect on choices without judging yourself.
Begin with what happened
What moment gave you satisfaction this week? What action did you take that contributed to it? Describe the situation before interpreting it. A brief factual note makes it easier to distinguish what happened from the story you tell about it.
Explore a difficult moment
When did a situation feel harder than expected? What information, time or support was missing? Consider one alternative response you could try next time. You do not need to turn every difficulty into a statement about your character.
End with one next step
Which conversation deserves a follow-up? What small action would make next week easier? Pick something you can actually do, such as setting aside ten minutes to prepare. Revisit the note later and compare your expectations with your experience.
